2011-12 Private business partner with San Joaquin Valley Regional Broadband Consortium: redefining evaluation metrics and developing solutions for un-served and underserved (little to no internet connection) regions.
2012 Consulting for the California Farm Bureau Federation (CFBF), 1st Vice President Kenny Watkins, for the design and development of a rural broadband solution for “the agriculture industry” as a whole as that was a primary objective for the administration.
2012 Consulting for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), CA State Director Dr. Glenda Humiston, for the design and development of a rural broadband solution which supported the “Farm to Fork,” tracking and traceability objective.
2012 Only private stakeholder contributing to the IBM Smarter Cities Challenge award to the City of Fresno, CA in conjunction with the USDA, Department of Energy, California State University Fresno, and more.
Proof of Concept #1: Network Communications. This collaboration proved the need for wireless connectivity across farm ground in order to establish remote access into applied technologies and facilitate automation.

California Economic Summit, Policy Playbook 2012: California Regions Come Together to Create Common Sense, Pragmatic Solutions to Our Economic Challenges. Became “Champions for Smart Infrastructure,” educating and advocating as stewards for rural broadband. Placed on the cover of the Policy Playbook for 2012 which was sent to and adopted by Washington, D.C.
2014 International Agri-Tech Investment Summit London, England. Design concept and business strategy highlighted as the only privately held company solving the Internet connectivity issues specifically found in agriculture and rural regions.
2014 Design, construction and operation of the largest wireless network (WiFi) for entertainment, connecting the devices of 175,000 event goers in additional to the online streaming of 9 live music stages; as partner to Live Nation, TicketMaster and SnapChart. (Electric Daisy Carnival “EDC” Las Vegas, NV)
Proof of Concept #2: Wireless Distribution Study, also addressing Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) found in network execution. This collaboration proved connect-ability and performance of the rural broadband network solution under extreme/harsh conditions: weather, user density and data traffic.
2015 Deployment of rural WiFi network for CFBF 1st V.P. Kenny Watkins farming operation, Northern California.
Proof of Concept #3: Rural Deployment Strategy. This collaboration allowed for minor adjustments to be made to material selection and installation techniques.
2016 Go-To-Market Implementation, Scalability Study & Ag-Tech Integration. Northern California.
2017-19 Scholarship recipient into the Western Growers Center for Innovation & Technology. Western Growers is an association lobbying on behalf of local and regional family farmers growing fresh produce in Arizona, California, Colorado and New Mexico, since 1926.
2018 Transition from R&D to integrated sales and operations company.
2019 Published an economic development plan for the state of Mississippi with Senator Tammy Witherspoon and the city of Magnolia, with Mayor Anthony Witherspoon; focusing on how the implementation of critical infrastructure facilitates job creation, expanded education and telemedicine for any small and/or rural community.
2020 Established US Acres, The United States Agriculture Communications and Rural Enrichment Services advocacy coalition whose mission is to close the digital divide and foster growth and prosperity in rural communities, through: broadband infrastructure, civic endeavors and ministry.
